The drug is used for:
symptomatic treatment
mild or moderate pain,
High temperature.
Dosage
The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over initially take 1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 25 mg diclofenac potassium), then 1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 25 mg diclofenac potassium) every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
However, the maximum dose of 3 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 75 mg diclofenac potassium) should not be exceeded in 24 hours.
Elderly patients
In elderly patients, the lowest effective dose should be used.
Duration of use:
Side effects can be minimized by using the lowest effective dose for the shortest necessary period.
Do not take this medicine for more than 4 days if you have mild to moderate pain, or for more than 3 days if you have a fever, without medical or dental advice. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
Contraindications
You should not take this medicine
if you are allergic to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
if you have a history of respiratory spasms, asthma attacks, chest pain, swelling of the nasal mucosa, or skin reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
if you have unexplained blood or clotting disorders.
if you have an active stomach or intestinal ulcer, bleeding, or perforation.
if you have a history of current or recurrent stomach/duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding (at least 2 different episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding).
if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation due to previous treatment with NSAIDs.
if you have bleeding in the brain (cerebrovascular hemorrhage) or other active bleeding.
if you have severe liver or kidney dysfunction.
if you have heart failure (NYHA stage II-IV heart failure).
if you have been diagnosed with heart disease and/or cerebrovascular disease, such as. For example, if you have had a heart attack, stroke, or small stroke (transient ischemic attack, TIA), or if you have blockages in the arteries of the heart or brain, or have had surgery to remove or bypass these blockages.
if you have or have had problems with your blood circulation (peripheral arterial disease).
in the last trimester of pregnancy.”
